Article VII - Meetings

Section 1.  This Association shall meet regularly in the months of January, May, and September.  The annual meeting shall be held in January with the fiscal year being January 1st through December 31st.  Meetins shall be held at a time and place prescribed by the President or Board of Directors by written notice to be sent at least thirty (30) days prior to such meeting to conduct the business of the Association.

Proposed:
