MEETING NOTICE
SPRING MEETING
March 10, 2010
The
Illinois Association of County Veterans Assistance Commissions will hold their Spring (Legislative) Meeting on May 4, 2010 in conjunction
with the Spring Conference of the Illinois Association of County Officials at
the Crowne Plaza Hotel and
Accommodations
are available at the Crowne Plaza Hotel at (217)
529-7777 for $106.00 per night plus tax and use the GROUP BOOKING CODE COU. Accommodations are also available at the
adjacent Holiday Inn Express at (217) 529-7771 for $76.00 plus tax per night
and use BOOKING CODE IAC. These hotels are adjacent to one another and

stated previously, this meeting is in conjunction with the IACO Spring
Conference and we will be assigned a meeting room as part of our participation
with the conference. The size of the room is commensurate with
the number of people registered for the actual conference. Due to this fact, we encourage as many of our
superintendents and other attendees as possible to register with IACO. To that end, I have included a copy of the
registration form to fill out and send in as instructed on the form. They should be having some interesting and
informative seminars at the conference as they did last year.

remember to send any changes in superintendent, address, telephone numbers, fax
numbers and e-mail addresses to both Cindy Ketcham
(address, etc. below) and myself. Also, remember that the web site for the
association is being rebuilt by John Farrow and some of it is already
changed. Drop by the web site, <www.iacvac.org> and see for yourself.
